He identified the issue was the battery and saved me a whole lot of trouble. Also very affordable. Thank you SO much. I will be using them if we ever need towing services at work.

Brakes went out on the freeway at 10pm; safely made it to the shoulder. After my insurances emergency roadside department (which I pay extra for) jerked me around for 2 hours (with one cancelled driver who was dispatched), I gave up and asked google for help. B&L was a local company with good reviews, so I thought, at this point Ill pay nearly anything to get off this freeway. I called B&L and told the dispatcher what was going on, and he said hed have a driver there in 20-25 minutes. Luis rolled up in 20 minutes on the nose; he was nice, friendly, careful, knew exactly what he was doing, quick and got me off the freeway in a few minutes and to somewhere much better. Worth every penny of the $350.

I didnt get a discount for leaving this review (I dont really believe in that)just hope someone else whos in a bind like me can read this and start turning their bad day around. Thanks Luis and B&L!

I’ve known both Belen and Luis for years. They’re great friends you can trust and have save my life a couple of times. Outstanding job and always there when you need them.

I broke down in the middle of nowhere, so thank God for B&L! THey were able to get me to a repair shop, and it didn't even cost that much.
